Drive Communication Troubleshooting

VFD won't turn on

Double check that your resistors are not touching\

Drive model says undetectable in Spikemark

• Double check you are running firmware 202 or above on the Stagehand

• Double check that you have one 680 resistor going between TXD+ and VCC

• Double check that you have one resistor going between TXD- and GND

• Double check that you have inserted the resistors

• Try swapping the wires going into RXD+ and RXD-
