The best way to contact one of our automation experts is via email. During normal business hours (weekdays 8:30am to 5pm ET) you can expect a prompt reply to an email or phone call. But, as theatre folks ourselves, we know that the most stressful troubles arise at show time. We are commited to supporting you at those difficult moments. After normal business hours, we have a crack team monitoring email and voicemail to help you. So if you’re in bind, send a note or leave a voicemail and we’ll get right back to you.
