### Introduction <a href="#h.68yxaridpaj7" id="h.68yxaridpaj7"></a>

The Stagehand Pro 5 is a combined motion controller and motor drive (VFD). It is the link between Spikemark software and machinery, translating cues into movement. The rackmount case houses everything needed to power and control a machine.

Under the hood, the Stagehand Motion Controller is powered by an ARM Cortex M4 processor and a Performance Motion Devices (PMD) Magellan motion chip, replacing the aging Rabbit 2000 processor and LM628/9 motion controller. This new architecture unlocks a realm of advanced motion capabilities, completely new to the Creative Conners System. Get ready to embrace the future with the state-of-the-art Stagehand Motion Controller.
