Troubleshooting
Network devices will not connect
- Verify network cable going to device is good 
- Verify network switch is good. Try other ports as well. 
- Verify network cables inside Control Connection are good 
- Verify network cables at switch are good 
All connected Stagehands are not releasing E-Stop
- Confirm the Base has power 
- Confirm no Remote E-Stop button is activated 
- Remove and reseat all accessory cables and terminators 
One of several Stagehands is not releasing E-Stop
- Confirm Stagehand is connected to Base with Showstopper cable 
- Replace Showstopper cable between Base and the Stagehand 
Showstopper Accessories are unresponsive
- Confirm Accessory cable is connected 
- Confirm terminations 
Remote E-Stop or Consolette is functioning, but not sending feedback to Spikemark
- Confirm you are using a Showstopper 4 Terminator (8 pins) at the end of the chain. 
- Confirm Showstopper 4 Accessory cable is twisted pair
