Network devices will not connect

  1. Verify network cable going to device is good

  2. Verify network switch is good. Try other ports as well.

  3. Verify network cables inside Control Connection are good

  4. Verify network cables at switch are good

All connected Stagehands are not releasing E-Stop

  1. Confirm the Base has power

  2. Confirm no Remote E-Stop button is activated

  3. Remove and reseat all accessory cables and terminators

One of several Stagehands is not releasing E-Stop

  1. Confirm Stagehand is connected to Base with Showstopper cable

  2. Replace Showstopper cable between Base and the Stagehand

Showstopper Accessories are unresponsive

  1. Confirm Accessory cable is connected

  2. Confirm terminations

Remote E-Stop or Consolette is functioning, but not sending feedback to Spikemark

  1. Confirm you are using a Showstopper 4 Terminator (8 pins) at the end of the chain.

  2. Confirm Showstopper 4 Accessory cable is twisted pair
