# Time Link

You can link two cues together with a time delay so that the Child Cue runs a programmed number of seconds after the Parent Cue starts.

**Click** the **Add Link** button next to the Child Cue.

**Select** the **Parent Cue** from the drop down list and select Time Link, then press OK.

<div align="left"><img src="/files/-Mi7QqyeShr-sXeQR_Sz" alt=""></div>

In the example, the selected Parent Cue is “Cue 1.”

The new link is displayed between the cues. **Click** the **Cue Link** to Edit the time

<div align="left"><img src="/files/-Mi7QlXKX9UZpp7Kj6JJ" alt=""></div>

In the example, Cue 2 (Child Cue) will not start until Cue 1 (Parent Cue) has run for 10 seconds.
