# Drive Communication: Setting VFD Parameters

Use the tabs below for instructions on updating your Drive Communication VFD Parameters

   1. For Drive Communication, scroll to parameter 118
3. Press the <img src="https://3040525219-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MhFI6SSKpm8M7EkrYqp%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-ef26fb12b0f4dd28eed31bb441be0fb473774add%2FSet.jpg?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line"> button and change the value to 384 with the wheel
4. Once you are set to the correct value, press <img src="https://3040525219-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MhFI6SSKpm8M7EkrYqp%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-ef26fb12b0f4dd28eed31bb441be0fb473774add%2FSet.jpg?alt=media" alt="" data-size="line"> -- the display will flash between the parameter number and the new value.

   1. For Drive Communication, scroll to parameter 332

7. Repeat the steps above and make sure all the parameters listed below are set to the correct value too.
8. Lastly, cycle power to your Stagehand
