Stagehand Pro 6: Troubleshooting

The Stagehand Pro 6 is a complex device. Occasionally you'll bump into challenges (which is probably why you are here).

E.OC1	Overcurrent trip during acceleration	The Stagehand can toss an E.OC1 fault for several common reasons. The most common reason is due to jogging too aggressivley from the Consolette or Console. Check Pr.07 is set to 0.1
E.OC2	Overcurrent trip during constant speed	Check for sudden load change Run a Brake Test and make sure both brake circuits are working Check for a short-circuit in the output circuit Check the rotation direction(Pr. 359) is set correctly Check that motor capacity(Pr. 80) is set correctly Check Pr.07 & Pr.08 are set to 0.1/ul>
E.OC3	Overcurrent trip during deceleration or stop	The Stagehand can toss an E.OC3 fault for several common reasons. The most common reason is due to jogging too aggressivley from the Consolette or Console. Check Pr.08 is set to 0.1
E.OV1	Regenerative overvoltage trip during acceleration
E.OV2	Regenerative overvoltage trip during constant speed	The most common resons to see an E.OV2 fault on the Stagehand is due to loading, distance traveled (in) and speed. Reduce the load, speed or travel distance.
E.THM	Motor overload trip (electronic thermal relay function)	The most common reason to see the E.THM fault is because Pr.9 is set incorrectly (too low)
E.OS	Overspeed Occurance	Check Pr.369 and Pr.374
E.OSD	Speed Deviation excess detection	This fault can rear its ugly head if there's a difference between the commanded speed and the actual speed. Most likely caused by a brake issue. Check or replace the Motor/Brake cable Confirm motor and encoder phasing is correct
E.OLT	Stall prevention	This fault can pop up if there's too much load on the motor. It can also bubble to the surface when running a heavy load very slowly
E.ILF	Input phase loss	Check input power to confirm all three phases are present.
