Spikemark Vantis is a hand-held console designed for safe, simple facility moves. It also serves as a streamlined extension of the broader Spikemark system, providing easy access to any **Spikemark** connected machine. Leave your Spikemark computer running behind the scenes, pick up Spikemark Vantis and go! Easily jog any machine using the responsive joystick, move to a specific position, or run multiple machines to a defined look using Presets. The intuitive touchscreen provides clear feedback from every machine, so you always stay in control.

Spikemark Vantis works in conjunction with [Spikemark](/docs/spikemark-6.md) software and the [Showstopper Base](/docs/showstopper/showstopper-base.md) to bring the power of Spikemark anywhere in the theater. Simply plug in to the closest [Control Point](/docs/showstopper/control-point.md) or utilize the adapter box to jack in directly to a [Control Connection](/docs/showstopper/control-connection.md) or Showstopper Base and network switch. Once connected, you're ready to command the machines in your spikemark system and make them move!
